I have the honour to report, in accordance with Section 4(12) of the Deportation Ordinance, 1912, as amended by the
Deportation Ordinances of 1913 and 1914, that I have with the advice of the Executive Council banished from the Colony for a
period of 10 years Ip Yung Fuk alias Ip Pak Shau, born at Ma-tou-
-chung Village, Hunghom, in this Colony of parents neither of whom
was a British subject. Ip Yung Fuk has not obtained a Certificate
of his British birth, and he is not registered at British Consulate in China as a person entitled to British protection in
China.

This man is a professional thief, and during the last twelve years he has been sentenced on eight separate occasions to imprisonment totalling seven years and three months.
